What we collect
Your contact details when you write to us, and site usage analytics
When you contact us, we receive your email address, your name and company if you include them, and your message. Some details may also be collected or updated from service providers and public sources. The site also collects usage analytics.
Why, and on what basis
We answer your enquiries and tell you about our services
We use your details to answer your enquiries and requests, and to tell you about our services, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining our business relationships (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We use site analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can prohibit direct marketing at any time by writing to privacy@versoa.ai or using the unsubscribe link in any message. We also keep records where the law requires it (Article 6(1)(c)).
Who else sees it
Who receives your data
Service providers working for us under data processing agreements: providers of email and office tools, website hosting, web analytics, and customer relationship and marketing tools, acting on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to a successor if our business is transferred.
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where the destination lacks an adequacy decision, we use the transfer mechanisms in Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact privacy@versoa.ai for a copy of the applicable safeguards.
How long
While your enquiry or our relationship is active, and as long as the law requires
How long we keep data depends on whether your enquiry or our relationship is still active, and on any statutory retention or legal claims periods. We delete it when those grounds no longer apply.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to the authority
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, ask us to delete it unless we have a legitimate ground to keep it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to privacy@versoa.ai.
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) or to the authority in your own EU country.
