Inspect

See what happened inside a session

One session on one timeline: the agent’s turns, the subagents it started to implement and review, and the context it carried, with the estimated cost of each part. Each session links to its ticket and pull request, so you see what a pull request cost across all its sessions.

Versoa reads the session records your coding agent already writes on your machine. Your prompts, the agent’s responses, file contents and paths stay there. Each developer sees their own sessions, and your admins can choose who sees which teams.

Versoa session view: $17.20 estimated over 58 minutes, linked to ticket BILL-412 and pull request 1187 as one of its three sessions. On one timeline, the session’s turns, four subagents (two implement runs and two code-review runs), and its context rising to 398k.

Improve

Find a pattern and test a change

Versoa finds patterns in your coding-agent sessions and pull requests, such as the same model family writing and reviewing your code, and drafts one change for you to install. Then it measures what happened.

Versoa Improve list with one finding opened, reviewing each pull request with a different model family: a quality finding that affected 19 of 19 pull requests, measured on the pull requests where review caught a serious issue before merge, 11% before and 46% after, marked Helped. Opened, it shows the review skill installed on your machine beside the measurement, whose before and after are each a grid of one square per pull request, and that the change is in Team A's Playbook since Sep 1.

Share

Share a change and see how it works for the team

A change that worked for one developer becomes a team practice, installed by each developer who wants it. The playbook shows how many developers use it and what changed afterwards.

Versoa Playbook for your team of 14 developers: six practices, each with how many developers used it week by week, the measure it should move, that measure before and after, and a result. Highlighted is reviewing each pull request with a different model family: used by 9 developers, it raised the pull requests where review caught a serious issue from 11% to 38%. Compacting at a commit above 200k tokens, used by 7, cut cost per session from $47 to $38.
